The Simplicity of Ingredients: A Return to Basics

At the heart of our homemade tomato ketchup are tomatoes. Not just any tomatoes, but ones that have been carefully selected for their flavour, ripeness and natural sweetness. Our ketchup recipe, akin to a traditional tomato catsup recipe, emphasizes the importance of starting with good products. We use amazing tomatoes, a hint of garlic, vinegar, cane sugar and a carefully curated blend of spices to create a sauce that’s rich, tangy, and incredibly versatile.

Unlike the commercial ketchups that line supermarket shelves, our ketchup is free of additives and preservatives. The ingredients list is short, sweet, and straightforward, reflecting our belief in the beauty of simplicity.

Handmade with Love: The Process

Making our tomato ketchup is a labour of love. Each batch is handmade in our kitchen, ensuring that every bottle is perfect. We start by gently cooking down the tomatoes, allowing them to reduce and intensify in flavour. This process, crucial for achieving the perfect ketchup texture and taste. It’s done with care and patience, embodying the essence of homemade cooking.

Our ketchup isn’t rushed! It’s simmered slowly, allowing the flavours to meld beautifully. This not only brings out the best in the tomatoes but also ensures that the final product is of the highest quality—rich in taste and full of natural goodness.

A Decade of Deliciousness: Why Our Ketchup Stands Out

Our homemade tomato ketchup stands out for many reasons. First and foremost, it’s the taste. The balance of sweetness and acidity is just right, making it a versatile condiment that enhances rather than overpowers your food. Whether it’s adding depth to your cooking sauce, brightening up a basic tomato sauce, or being the perfect companion to your fries. Our ketchup is a game-changer.

Moreover, our commitment to natural and simple ingredients. Means you’re enjoying a product that’s not only delicious but also good for you. It’s vegan-friendly, making it a staple in every kitchen, regardless of dietary preferences.
