Terms & Conditions
Reservations: we can hold provisional reservations for 48 hours, after which time we require credit/debit card details to secure the booking. With your reservation we do require valid credit or debit card details for our cancellation policy.
Cancellations: We do not take a deposit from your card, all we ask is for 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or change the booking. Otherwise we’ll have to charge £15 per person to the card provided. We hold tables for 15 minutes after your reservation time before offering them to other customers. If you are expecting to arrive late, please let us know so we can keep the table available for you.
Amendments: If you want to add another friend or if someone can’t make it, please let us know at least 48 hours ahead and we will do our best to fit extra guests in. If your numbers decrease please let us know, otherwise we’ll have to charge you for their menu.
Our restaurant: Burgers and Fish restaurant is a great place to celebrate in, but as we are sometimes limited for space, if your table is between 14-20 guests we will have to accommodate your guests across two or three separate tables.
We’ll do everything we can to keep your tables close, whilst considering other diners.
Feel free to choose anything from our charcoal grill menu for your party. As we don’t require pre-orders for parties of up to 14, guests can choose their options on the day. Whilst our menu will most likely remain the same, as we rely on the availability of fresh market fish and other produce, they may be subject to change. If you have any dietary requirements please let us know in advance, so our staff can accommodate you.
Exclusive Use: If you would like to book our restaurant for parties, events, wedding venue, ect. Please call our restaurant for rates and menu information.
Alcohol: If you look under 25, please do not be offended if we ask you for proof of age when you order alcohol. Please bring your photographic ID.
High chairs: High chairs are available for children between the ages of 6 months and 3 years. Please let us know at the time of booking if you require a high chair, as we have a very limited amount.
Dogs: Well behaved dogs* are allowed to our restaurant between 12.00-17.00 during high season and in the evenings off season.
(*if your dog behavior will change during the course of your dining and this will effect other diners we’ll ask you to take your dog out or leave the restaurant. The company reserves the right to reject dogs to the restaurant at any time).
Disabled access: As our restaurant is on the first floor, so we have 15 steps to conquer. At this stage we can not offer any lift facilities. Please call for advice.
We will not rent, sell or lease this personally identifiable information to other companies or individuals. You have a right to access, rectify, modify and delete any data referring to you. Just contact us via email or telephone.
Payment: We accept VISA, MasterCard and cash. Unfortunately we can’t accept American Express or cheques.
Transport: We strongly recommend booking taxis in advance as they can be fully booked on the day, please get in touch for local numbers.
